Move Over, Takeela--
Takeela, you've got competition. I met another kid today who has a name as unfortunate as yours:
Today I met a kid named Mullet. No, that's not a nickname. I asked. His legal name is Mullet.
I don't have a problem with unique names. Naming a child after an 80s haircut, though...well, that pushes the limits.
John Stamos is the only guy I want to see in a mullet!

My granddaughter had a mullet when she was 2. We didn't plan it, that's for sure.

GAH! Evil mental images. Mullet / John, John / Mullet.. ARGH!!
Poor kid though, poor poor kid. Here in scandinavia it's common to name kids "Björn" - which means Bear. An unfortunate kid in my class had the last name Öhrn, which is Eagle with an h thrown in there, so basically his name was Bear Eagle.

Personally, Björn is way down on my list of possible names for future children. (Together with Sten, Ulf, Ove, Örjan, Urban, Sven, Bert and plenty of others.)
